Beth Culberson, a Colorado native, graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a B.A. in History and Secondary Education. Since moving to Denver in 1993, Beth earned her paralegal certificate and gained eight years experience in civil litigation and mortgage lending operations. Beth joined Genesis in 2002. As a Senior Analyst, Beth authors market studies and performs other consulting assignments including product segmentation and land use strategies for builders and developers. Beth also contributes to the quarterly Housing Overview.
