Cheri Meyn
As owner of The Genesis Group, Cheri guides the company's vision and direction. She provides consulting services to a variety of clients, including new homebuilders, land developers and lending institutions, addressing key issues surrounding residential development. Primary areas of focus include developing strategic positioning, and providing product, architectural, marketing and merchandising advice for master planned communities, active adult communities and unimproved land.
Cheri entered the real estate industry in 1980 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985. Prior to founding The Genesis Group, she worked as the director of sales and marketing for a large homebuilder, and as a researcher and analyst for Market Profiles. Demonstrating the industry's confidence in her integrity and capabilities, she is a frequently sought after speaker at the NAHB, PCBC and CAHB. Recently, the Denver Business Journal and the Denver Post named her one of the most influential people in Denver Real Estate.
