Ginny Grant
Ginny Grant, a Denver native, attended Colorado State University and achieved her Colorado Real Estate Broker license in 1999. She remained in resale home sales for 5 years. Her career continued in the Sales and Marketing department of a large homebuilder for 3 years before joining The Genesis Group in August, 2007. Her primary responsibilities include assisting in writing market studies, conducting primary field research, and performing consumer research for Genesis cliental. Ginny also assists with the production of the quarterly Housing Overview.
