Mike Rinner

Mike Rinner, Executive Vice President, has been a real estate analyst for 30 years, received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kansas in 1973 and was awarded the MAI appraisal designation in 1983. He served as 1989 President of the Kansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and taught appraisal classes at Washburn University in the mid-1980s. Mike joined The Genesis Group in July 1996, is a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado, is editor of the company’s quarterly metro Denver “Housing Overview” and serves the company’s clients with a varied practice of consulting services and market research/studies including a specialty in urban density, mixed-use and Transit-Oriented Development properties.
